I could be wrong, but I don't think this is an SCCM issue as it doesn't even begin to load the boot image from what I can tell. Not only that, but the Bootfile specified is for UEFI machines soīut he was not even able to download the file, so this seems a tad different. I would like to avoid having to set that up because quite frankly this is working for my Dells, so I don't see why it would not work for Surface devices. I got the drivers for the adapters and put them in the boot image in SCCM just to be sure, even though the driver should already be in there automatically as the boot image is made from Windwhich includes the drivers from my understanding. Would these values be stored in Active Directory and causing us issues? I have tried both model 18 ethernet adapters. I have also moved PXE Network to the top of the list in boot device order. I have also swiped to PXE boot from the Boot Configuration menu in UEFI. Hold down Power and Volume Down to begin PXE boot.

The problem is, I can't boot into PXE to even begin to select the TS. I have a second TS to image the Surface Books. I have a Task Sequence to image our Dell Latitudes and this works perfectly. I have installed and configured SCCM Current Branch 1802 on a Server 2019 VM which also acts as the Distribution Point.

Our organization owns around 50 Surface Books (gen 1) and I am tasked with setting up SCCM to image and manage these devices.
